Athletes Do Yoga

Rosabeth Dorfhuber has coached Wesley Korpela since January 2008 and continues to work with him presently. During the time he has taken yoga instruction from Rosabeth, Wesley has had multiple personal bests and a course best. Wesley says, "I saw changes in my strength, flexibility and balance by a lot and I am suprised." More recently his time has dropped significantly.
